1. Who we are
Max Magic Touch, based in Wageningen (Gelderland), the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 87379856, VAT ID NL004404273B84, is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy. You can reach us via info@maxmagictouch.com or +31 6 81110757.
2. What data we collect
- Quote and contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the message or job description you send us.
- Direct contact: whatever you share with us by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
- Technical data: when you submit a form, your IP address is briefly processed for spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
- Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote — necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
- To carry out and invoice a job — performance of the contract and our legal (tax) administration obligations.
- To protect our forms against spam and abuse — our legitimate interest.
- To understand how the website is used — only with your consent.
4. Who receives your data
We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers (processors) to run this website:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — delivers your form submission to our mailbox as an e-mail.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — spam protection on the contact form.
- Google (Analytics 4) — anonymous visitor statistics, only after your consent.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
- Quote requests and correspondence: up to 2 years after our last contact, so we can help with follow-up questions.
- Quotes, invoices, and job records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
- Analytics data: at most 14 months (Google Analytics retention).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data, to restrict processing, to object, or to withdraw consent at any time. E-mail info@maxmagictouch.com and we will respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, form data is transmitted encrypted, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
