1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to every quote we issue and every job we carry out. "We" and "us" means Max Magic Touch, based in Wageningen (Gelderland), the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 87379856, VAT ID NL004404273B84. By requesting a quote or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and prices

• Quotes are free of charge and without obligation.
• A quote is valid for 30 days from its date, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices for consumers include VAT unless the quote clearly states otherwise.
• Obvious errors or typing mistakes in a quote do not bind us.

3. Appointments and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations we may charge costs we have already reasonably incurred, such as materials ordered specifically for your job.

4. Carrying out the work

• We carry out all work carefully and professionally.
• You make sure we can access the location on the agreed date and can use water and electricity where the job requires it.
• If additional work proves necessary that is not covered by the quote, we discuss it with you first. Extra costs are only charged after your approval.

5. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is late, we may suspend further work and charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.

6. Warranty

• We stand behind our workmanship: if a defect is attributable to work we performed, report it and we will repair it free of charge within a reasonable period after completion.
• For materials and appliances, the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty applies.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or changes made by you or third parties after completion.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage demonstrably caused by our work, up to the amount invoiced for the job concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability in the case of intent or gross negligence.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to every agreement with us. Disputes that cannot be resolved together are submitted to the competent Dutch court.
